Exception when opening link picker for channel manager properties

Steps to reproduce (Go Green Enterprise):
1) Go to the channel manager and edit a channel
2) Click on a banner component: banner properties dialog opens
3) Click on the magnifying glass for banner 1
Expected: Link picker opens without error
Actual: Stacktrace:
