Sticky toast message is visible cross the channels.

To test use HAP  event handler that prevents deletion of the channel with name "undeletable-general".

Scenario:

1. Create "undeletable-general" channel.
2. Go to "undeletable-general" channel and try to delete it -> note sticky toast message appears.
3. Go to channel overview and navigate to another channel.

Problem: same toast message appears for new channel.

Expected: no toast message.
