[Validation] Invalid fields can render valid HTML field as invalid

Reproduction path in the HAP:

1. Edit the 'Validation Test Document' on the 'validation' page
2. Make the "Non empty string" field empty
3. Press tab to focus the "Non empty text" field
4. Make the "Non empty text" field empty
5. Press tab to focus the "non-empty-html" field
6. Click 'Save'

Expected: only the "Non empty string" and "Non empty text" fields are red

Actual: also the "non-empty-html" field is red (see attached screenshot)
