Fast pressing ESC button after Create button in CC panel brakes panel's width changing functionality

Scenario: 

1. Fill all fields in CC panel step 1. 
2. Click create and right after that quickly press ESC button.

  Problem: Right side panel is open without a border on the left side. Changing the width of the panel doesn't work. 

Expected: panel width changing working normally.
