    Description

      While building CHANNELMGR-1396, requests to the valuelists service were added to the content.service.js. Main reason was to keep using the same queue. This improvement issue is there for a little refactoring: create a separate valuelist.service.js and a queue.service.js. The request services must both use the queue service.
