ui-extension library cannot be used in angular-cli 6

    Description

      When the @bloomreach/ui-extension library is used in an angular-cli version 6 app, the resulting app does not start and logs the following error:

      ui-extension.js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: global is not defined
    at Object../node_modules/@bloomreach/ui-extension/dist/ui-extension.js (VM2753 vendor.js:123785)
    at __webpack_require__ (VM2750 runtime.js:77)
