Decide on the Maven coordinates of the ui-extension artifact

The Maven coordinates of the ui-extension module are currently

com.bloomreach:ui-extension

Find out if is OK or too broad, and (if necessary) change the coordinates. Also change the coordinates in the HAP (which pulls in the ui-extension JAR).
