[channels] Channel manager breadcrumb item should be 'Channels'

Channel manager breadcrumb item should be 'Channels'.

The first item of the breadcrumb in the Channel manager should not be 'Channel manager' but 'Channels' to make it consistent with the Channels Perspective in the perspective menu.
