VE: Right side panel does not close on changing the Project

Steps:

1. Create two Projects (Project A & Project B)and add same channels to both projects.
2. Go to CM perspective and open a document.
3. Change the view from Core to Project A.
4. Click on Orange Edit button and select Add to Project.
5. Change the view again from Project A to Project B

Issue : Right side panel is still opened, with the context of Project A

Expected : It should be closed or Add to Project should be displayed for Project B
