Fields without defined caption have no label

If a document type has a field defined without caption (on whichever way) the visual editor will not show a label for this field. The editor in the content perspective then falls back on a prop-cased name of the field. (So if the field name is "photo" the label is "Photo".

The visual editor should apply the same strategy.
