Branching a document via Visual Editing shows draft version of Core and publish is enabled.

1. Edit document in core
2. Switch to project Q -> note the changes from step 1 are not shown
3. edit document in Q
4. select 'add to project' -> changes from step 1 show

Result: Title on website is from published core, title in VE is from unpublished
core, publish button is enabled for project version of document
