Automatically open component properties for added component

Update: In v13, the component properties side panel does not open automatically when adding a component to a page. To be decided whether this is desired behavior or should be changed.

Old description:

Since 12.2, the component properties window no longer opens automatically after placing a component in a container, because of the new "Add/select content" feature, see CHANNELMGR-1472.

However for components that do not implement that feature, it is more user friendly to do open the properties automatically.

For projects just upgrading without implementing the feature, this is seen as UX regression.

Perhaps we can have a global or component level flag to have this behavior or not.
