Support localization of @DropDownList channel parameter/setting

    Description

      For classes extending ChannelInfo class, UI localization of the channel property names is supported but not for the values of an @DropDownList.

      (For component properties, it is supported).

      On [1] it says:

      Limitations: Only channel properties of type String and boolean are supported.
