Visual Editing deletes unsupported content blocks

Set up
A 12.3.0 archetype project with

• Content Blocks feature
• Simple Content feature
• a Content Blocks field in the simple type with HTML (Rich Text) and Link as block types.

Reproduction

• Edit a Simple Content document and add items of both block types
• Open the document in the Channel Manager (it shows the HTML block, not the Link block)
• Edit the title, save and close

Expected
Only the title is changed

Actual
The title is changed and the Link block is deleted
