If a project name contains an ampersand it is not displayed properly in the visual editor and in toasts

Create a project with an ampersand in its name for instance:  'Test merge & update'

Add a channel to that project

Open the channel in the CM and click edit content for a document on the page

The visual editor appears displaying a panel that explains that the document can't be edited because it is not part of the project. In this panel the project name is displayed as:
'Test merge & update'

Also in the the toast that appears when the user has clicked 'Add to project'
