Regression - Menu mgmt: Linker button is not working for "internal links"

1. Login to CMS (go green)
2. Navigate to Channel Mgr >> Edit Channel >> Edit Menu
3. Select any menu (example Products)
4. Click on the "Link" button

Expected - The background (channel) view should shift to Products page
Actual - Nothing happens
