Menu mgmt - OK & Cancel buttons of picker-dialog are not shown in IE 10 & Safari 8

1. Login to CMS in IE 10 or Safari 8
2. Navigate to Channel Manager >> Select any Channel to Edit mode >> access Menu editor
3. Add new menu or edit existing menu while using picker dialog

Expected - User should be able to select an option and click on OK or Cancel button
Actual - OK or Cancel button is not shown in IE10 browser (refer screenshot)

Note: This is working fine in IE 11, FF & Chrome
