Provide current page URL to external extensions

Currently provided through object called window.Hippo, but this is to be decided
When the app switches to the "channel.page" context it should also get the 'production' URL of the current page, including the scheme, host, and mount. For example, a page URL passed to the app could be http://www.onehippo.org/11/about/roadmap.html
