Create content dial buttons disappear if select folder instead of the document.

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. Using CC magnifying glass or component editing dialog select folder for e.g. banner component and click ok.

      Problem: Dial button disappears. 

      Expected: either not allowing selecting folders or show CC button to fix problem.
