    Description

      Add window.SPA.init(cms) and have the demo apps call cms.analyzePage() instead of using the Channel Manager overrides.

      Keep the 500 ms. timeout hack for now (i.e. letting the Channel Manager analyze the page after waiting for 500 ms. to ensure the DOM has been rendered).
