Tiger Sprint 178
Description
The content editor caches the definitions of document types. The locale that the user logged in with is also part of this cache. This means that when a document type is loaded in the cache, the locale of the current user is used. This could for example be the Chinese locale. The result is that from that moment on every user will see that document type displayed with the Chinese locale, regardless the actual locale of the current user. This concens field labels, but also labels in the ckEditor buttons ("Heading 1" etc).
This is not correct. For displaying the document types the locale of the current user should be used.
