Use primary palette for form fields

The default color palette for form fields in material design is the "warn" palette. In our case that is a orange variant. This is a bit too much in-your-face and should better be the primary palette (in our case: blue).

To change that default use class="md-primary" on the form element.

This applies at least to radio buttons and switches. Maybe more?
