Relative document paths not relative

When the manageContent tag is used to pick a document and the path to the document should be a relative path, the path is actually preceded with a forward slash. The first slash should not be present.

Example: document picked is at /content/documents/myproject/banners/banner1. The component parameter value must be "banners/banner1".
