Add button for alternative step 2

In case a user enters the alternative step 2, the only way to continue to the editor in the content perspective is by the link in the message at the top of the editor. The save button is disabled.

A better UX experience is to replace the disabled save button with an enabled "Continue" button in the toolbar at the bottom that brings the editor to the content perspective where the document can be finished and saved.
