HAP master is broken after create-content merge.

There are number of problems in HAP resulted in some broken functionality and multiple failed tests.

Some of  found issues

1. After cargo run there is error in tomcat console  ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-1 [HstFilter.doFilter:47] The HST Container Services are not initialized yet.
   [INFO] Executing tasks
2. JS errors in console during navigation in channel. As result some UI functionality not working. e.g.  drag and drop functionality of components - easy to see on blog page, visual editing does not update the page.
