Not informative toast message if user picks document for locked container using magnifying glass.

Scenario:

1. login with two different users and go to some page with e.g. banner component there.
2. Using CC magnifying glass user 1 selects some new banner and click ok in picker dialog.
3. Using CC magnifying glass user 2 selects some new banner and click ok in picker dialog.

Problem. For user 2 toast message says "Couldn't select document for banner".

Expected:  For user 2 toast message says "Couldn't select document for banner. The container is locked by user 1". Note that for same scenario but using component properties dialog and magnifying glass there toast says "Couldn't update component. The container is locked by user 1"
