Selecting new document using magnifying glass doesn't trigger 'ready for publish' state.

If user selects e.g. new banner document using CC magnifying glass it doesn't put channel to 'ready to publish' state like it is now in case selecting new banner using component editor dialog. So as result page with new banner cannot be published.
