Breadcrumb in link picker dialog allows selecting folder out of rootPath folder

Breadcrumb in link picker dialog allows selecting parent folders of specified root path folder.

Several problems there:

1. Ok becomes enabled right after selecting any parent folder but after click it there is large toast message explaining that selected path is not allowed. That toast message is not possible to read and understand problem in timeframe toast message is visible.
2. Not possible to move back to specified root (sub)folder after selecting parent folder so either click ok or cancel.

Expected: Keep the breadcrumb information about the path, but display it as text only (instead of as clickable links), so that  it is impossible for the user to select any folder outside the rootPath and its child folders.
