System crashes after opening newly created document in content perspective.

Scenario:

1.  Create document using create-content and leave right side panel on step 2. Do not click save on step 2.

2. Go to content perspective and open created document.

3. Refresh page.

Problem: Server error, system is crashed.

Expected: Continuing working with document.
