Leaving a channel by the breadcrumb may leave a document locked

Reproduced in HAP master.

Scenario:

1. Use the Edit content button to open a document in right side panel.
2. Leave channel by clicking "Channels" in the breadcrumb.
3. Open same document in content perspective.

Problem: Document editor opens in edit mode. This means that the document is still locked to the current user.

Expected: Document editor opens in view mode.
