Step2 should pass the current draft url to the name url editor dialog

Right now, clicking on the "edit document name/url" pencil icon on create content step 2, would automatically assign a value to the document name, that the user can change. The url field, however, remains empty, and gets filled when the document name is changed.

The argument is passed on the step2 component file on line 91. When the url will be available to fetch from the document object/the server, the empty string should be replaces by the current url of the new draft document, which was previously set on step1 or changed already in step 2
