Discard in Step 2 should remove draft and close Right Side Panel

Click 'Discard' to have the backend remove the draft document. Show a confirmation dialog before doing so.

Opening another state ("visual editor" or "create content step 1") in the right side-panel while "create content step 2" is active should trigger the same flow (confirm discard, perform the discard, and then switch to the other state).
