Switch to content editor should not show confirmation dialog

Auto-draft should change the behavior of the ‘Switch to content editor’ button. That button should no longer open a confirmation dialog when the user has unsaved changes. Instead changes are stored in the draft automatically so the content editor should always be able to show the latest changes. Tricky bit: we'll have to ensure that the draft call finished before switching to the content editor.

Same confirmation dialog should be removed when:

• Editing another document in VE wiht auto-drafted changes in previous one.
• closing channel
• move to contect perspective using VE button
