    Description

      In CHANNELMGR-1190 Angular debug information was disabled, always, to improve app performance (as suggested on https://docs.angularjs.org/guide/production). However, it can be very useful to Angular debug information available during development. Ideally, we only enable Angular debug info when the CMS runs in 'Wicket development mode'.
