Get rid of the requirement for /hst:hst/hst:channels to exist

    Description

      Since we have moved the channel nodes out of /hst:hst/hst:channels, we should also be able to get rid of this node. AFAIK it is only used in 

      /hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/hippo-channel-manager/channel-manager-perspective/templatecomposer

      in the 

      manage.changes.privileges.path

      We can change that path into /hst:hst and get rid of the existing /hst:hst/hst:channels
