[CHANNELMGR-1269] The URL to dragula.min.css is injected as <style> element - Issues

When going to edit mode in the Channel Manager, in a fresh 11.1.2 archetype, this markup is injected in the <head> element of the site's iframe:

<style>//localhost:8080/cms/angular/hippo-cm/styles/dragula.min.css?antiCache=kFet5OuENXcnTCMEXG.0Lw__</style>

And in the 11.2.0 online demo:

<style>//cms.demo.onehippo.com/angular/hippo-cm/styles/dragula.min.css?antiCache=OSl7lagDtkueBGwbTE8QGA__</style>

It seems that in ~~CHANNELMGR-1131~~ the styling itself was integrated with the vendor.css but the false markup was not removed.
