Cross channel page copy: channel select element is disabled

Having set up the cross channel page copy functionality in 10.2.2 or 10.2.3 archetype [1], the channel selection dropdown is showing, however it is disabled. The channels do arrive in the browser via REST call to /channels.

The Angular html code 'frontend/js/page/states/settings/settings.html' has a 'disabled' attribute on the <select> element; if that is removed it works again.

Working in version 3.2.1 in 10.2.1 archetype.

BTW you don't even have to set up multiple channels to see the difference between 3.2.1 and 3.2.2: just setting cross.channel.page.copy.supported = true will show the difference in the Page Settings dialog.
