Remove non-working prototype page

There is one prototype page definition, found at /hst:hst/hst:configurations/myhippoproject/hst:prototypepages/document-prototype.

You can add the page definition, but it seems not possible to add any content.

Probably the remainder of a test or experiment and can better be removed.
