Simplify HST bean scanning configuration, include enterprise beans

The HST bean scanning configuration only scans for beans a 'beans' package below the project's package, and in 'org.onehippo.forge'. Hence all beans used in enterprise addons (with package 'com.onehippo.XXX') are not found by default.

We should simplify this configuration by scanning the whole org.onehippo and com.onehippo packages for beans, plus the project-specific package.
