Page management - Not possible to add new page in archetype subsite

1. Login to CMS as admin
2. Navigate to channel manager >> Add a channel
3. Create a valid new subsite
4. Select the newly created subsite to edit mode
5. Now try adding new page via Pages option

Expected - User should be able to add a new page
Actual - Add a new page button is not visible
