By default load all annotated beans from forge projects

since localAnnotatedClasses in HST has been removed, some forge projects do not get their beans added any more, since they used to use localAnnotatedClasses for this. Since the HST creates a single object converter these days, it is not expensive any more to scan more classes once. Hence, by default, scan all forge projects for annotated beans
