Archetype should have at least one channel in Channel Manager

1. Log-in to CMS with admin user
2. Click on Channel Manager perspective

Expected - In Channels overview the localhost site i.e http://localhost:8080/site
Actual - It is blank (refer screen-shot)

3. Click on Add channel button

Expected - The blue print dialog should show options to create a website or sub-site
Actual - It is blank (refer screen-shot)

Issue - Do we want to have channel manager in Archetype, if yes than we should have some minimal functionality otherwise we should remove channel manager entirely from archetype
