HST tag lib misses version

cannot run HST2 site on Resin server because of invalid TLD file (see log below)

while at it, change also these issues:

• HST Corre Tag Library into HST Core Tag Library
• <type>java.lang.boolean</type> intoo <type>java.lang.Boolean</type>
