Regression: Reports/Buzz Recently Published section

Steps to reproduce in Go Green Enterprise admin/admin
1) Go to Reports/Buzz
2) Click on the |> arrow of the Recently Published pager.
Expected: Next page of recently published documents is shown
Actual: No change in document list. The page number is updated but page is not changed

1) Go to Reports/Buzz
2) Click on a recently published grid row
Expected (as in 7.8): Selected document is opened
Actual: Nothing happens
