Make which folder to log to configurable for WorkflowManagerImpl

    Description

      Currently hardcoded in EventLoggerImpl, this should be a paraemter for WorkflowManagerImpl, possibly on the category, to be passed to EventLoggerImpl.
      It might be a good idea to, ot have the EventLoggerImpl less integrated with the WorkflowManagerImpl to create a component/module based system.
