When a cluster node cannot load a quartz job because it lacks the required code it doesn't fail gracefully

    Description

      Instead it keeps retrying to execute the job causing the logs to fill up quickly with the same error. When acquiring the next trigger to fire the JCRJobStore must check if the associated job can be loaded.
