Move jackrabbit patches to location separate from individual repository branches

The jackrabbit patch files now live in the root folders of the individual hippo repository branches. Because different branches can use the same patched jackrabbit this causes unneccessary overhead in trying to keep the patches in sync. In fact, in practice this syncing does not seem to always take place or not at all. This leads to the situation that the versions of patched jackrabbit dependencies of the individual branches do not reflect the patch files in those branches. To remedy this situation we should move the patches out of the individual repository branch folders.
