Add possibility to register JCR event listeners to JsonResourceServiceModule

For CHANNELMGR-888 we need a way to invalidate a cache instance upon repository changes in /hippo:namespaces. As the JCR session for a user only exists during a request to a RepositoryJaxrsEndpoint, we need a way to attach/detach such event listeners using the system session, which exists until the module is shutdown.
