RepositoryServlet does not work correctly any more

Prio top because this is a must fix for 7.10

1) css cannot be loaded, for example http://cms.demo.test.onehippo.com/cms/repository-servlet.css

2) doing 'Text Search' results in javax.jcr.query.InvalidQueryException: Lexical error at line 1, column 21. Encountered: "@" (64), after : "" for statement: for $v in order by @jcr:score return $v

3) there have been introduced a web-fragment.xml. Our stack is not yet on servlet spec 3.0
