Virtual node ids retained in access mgr caches

Jackrabbit's shared item state manager maintains a cache with bundles of child node entries and properties for nodes. This cache is populated with virtual node ids. This leads to a lot database calls for virtual node ids and a lot of references are retained to out-of-date sessions.
